We provide general transcription services for a wide variety of clients outside of the legal and medical sectors. Our clients include those in the academic, media, psychiatry, government, technology and finance sectors, just to name a few. The owner is a seasoned transcriptionist, who has worked for several transcription services, as well as private parties. Let us be your trusted source for all your transcription needs! Our primary objective is to produce timely, accurate transcripts at a competitive price. We retain a small pool of exceptional transcriptionists, and clients will always interact directly with the owner. We prefer to remain small and approachable to facilitate lasting relationships with a select group of clients to ensure the highest quality transcripts and the most personalized experience possible. We only use U.S.-based transcriptionists with English as their native language. We do not outsource. *First 30 minutes free of charge for new clients with at least 2 hours of audio! (We are happy to provide the free transcript segment so you can be assured of our quality of work.) *First 15 minutes free of charge for new clients with at least 1 hour of audio! (We are happy to provide the free transcript segment so you can be assured of our quality of work.) *First 30 minutes free of charge for direct referrals (referral must provide your name and submit work)! *5% discount for clients who provide at least 4 hours of audio in a two-week billing cycle! *.25 cent per-minute "bulk rate" reduction off our regular rates to clients who provide at least 8 hours of audio per two-week billing cycle! *We work with clients in all time zones, including Europe, Australia, Canada! *We work weekends! *Flat, per-audio-minute rate! (Based on the number of voices: one, two, three, four+ voices). You will always know what you can expect to pay based on your audio length, and this rate does not change based on your turnaround needs. Please inquire for our current rates.
